Robert J. Silvia is the president and 100% shareholder of Process Engineers & Constructors, Inc., which was incorporated in Rhode Island in 1982.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, class of 1971, Bob maintains a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering as well as an Engineer in Training Certificate in the State of Rhode Island.

Bob has been in the industry since 1975 and has developed his expertise in the areas of project management and administration, purchasing, scheduling, field management, development and implementation of welding procedures specifications, ASME code construction, quality assurance procedures, technical resolution/start-up of intricate and basic mechanical and prime construction projects in the areas of chemical, pharmaceutical, power, utility, waste treatment and industrial process industries.
